What the hell is this kind of loadshading..??

Dont you all think its too much for all of us who has to suffer a lot .???
after paying so much of tax we are unable to get the required sources of life..!
we are the only who gave such a big name to mumbai and still we are behind all other countries or cities..and all this politicians really think mumbai is going to be shanghai..??
like this...??
If this is the situation then mumbai will lose its existance..and so India..
